hotel accommodation was convenient, i appreciated condescending staff. priceless view, a tiny balcony, lovely bed, too. they made my stay delightful. pleasant location, walking distance to the van buren live music venue.

Suitable place for a 5-night stay. Room was very clean, location was EXCELLENT, breakfast was good. Thoroughly enjoyed patio.

Chilled-out base for exploring Phoenix. Enjoyed the sunny patio. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy. We were offered eggs and hot waffles in the morning.
